The officials, however, say that they will soon be switching to a pricing structure that will be more aggressive.

The seven buildings of this project that were launched initially will be completed by the end of the year. The community offered mansions and villas in its first couple of phases and almost 85% of these developments have already been delivered while the remaining ones are set to complete by March.
